If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@catsystems.io and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

We offer free shipping in Switzerland for all orders! 

We use Swiss Post for all of our shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
